Truono has spent her summers on Nantucket for over thirty seasons. During this time, she has collected countless magazines, brochures, items, and newspapers that document iconic destinations, influential figures, defining events, and cherished memories that are quintessential to the island's rich history. Arranging and pasting these thousands of saved clippings into a largescale handmade collage, Truono created The Nantucket Experience as a love letter to Nantucket.
